As you walk and collect stamps from cafés, restaurants, and local businesses that support hikers, we hope you'll enjoy meaningful connections with the people who live along the trail.

And while you're at it, why not use it to plan your journey, keep a travel journal, paste in leaves or train tickets, or sketch your favorite landscapes?

We created this notebook as a space for hikers to use however they like.

The stamps are installed thanks to the cooperation of each facility. To ensure that you continue to be welcomed, please keep the following points in mind.

Please check the operating hours of each facility (please refrain from visiting or making inquiries on closed days or outside of operating hours).

How about setting up a stamp at your shop for hikers on the Hokkaido East Trail?
Anyone can participate in this stamp point initiative. There's no need to create new stamps; existing stamps from facilities, staff signatures, illustrations, etc., are all welcome.

Facilities that register as stamp points will be featured on this website, Google Maps, and on social media. We hope this initiative will help create new connections between hikers and local communities.
